Do I need to create a B.Adore account to make purchases?
Yes, you need to register for an account to start with your first purchase. This facilitates subsequent purchases and it helps you to track on every order status and update.
How can I make an order?
Add into cart for your desired product(s) with selected input of colour/ size/ quantity. Product(s) added into cart are not considered as booked or reserved.
Note that order will be canceled automatically by system if payment are not received within 30 minutes. Kindly proceed to checkout and payment as soon as possible.
Will B.Adore restock the sold out product(s)?
It depends. We will do our best to restock selected product(s). Please select the “Notify me when available” option in the product page to be notified when the product is back in stock.
However, please be informed that all Seasonal Limited Edition collection would not be restocked as they are available for sales in limited time only.
How do I make payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, e-wallet and Atome (Instalment Payment with zero interest).

Can I apply discount code or rate voucher for my order?
Yes, you may enter your discount code during checkout.
However, product(s) under Sales Category and Special Collection Category are not eligible to checkout with any discount, gift voucher or birthday rebate.
Can I amend my order?
You may try to contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance. However, we do not guarantee that all amendment will be granted and processed. Our Warehouse Team works to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Hence, our Customer Service Team may not able to catch up with that. We shall try our best to assist you.

B.Adore reserves the right of final decision in case of amendment and cancellation. We will impose a surcharge of 6% cancellation fee from the total amount for each canceled order. Note that a surcharge of 15% service fee will be imposed for all cancellation request on order paid with ATOME instalment payment.
Does B.Adore process refund for special case order?
Yes, but all returns of special case order will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Department and they will only be handled via email at [email protected].
Refund is available in the form of store credit only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. Please note that all voucher, discount and promotional codes issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.
What is the basic packaging for B.Adore product(s)?
All B.Adore bag collection come with a dust bag and packaging box. Premium Gift Box is available for purchase with extra charges.
All B.Adore wallet collection come with a dust bag and a customized small gift box.
Note that all dust bag and customised gift box are subject to availability.
B.Adore reserves the right to replace the item with any other equivalent packaging and wrapping.
I received defective* product(s) for my order. What can I do with it?
You may contact our Customer Service Team as soon as you received the parcel. Please email to [email protected] with your order number and a photograph of the defect. We shall assist you with the following procedure.
*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered as a defect. There might be 1-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material and the way measurement is taken. We will try our best to be accurate as reasonably possible in our product description page.
*Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
Exchanges will only be done for a product(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
We will issue a One-to-One exchange for product(s) that found to be defective due to manufacturing issue. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit refund will be issued.
We may change any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period.
