We fully understand how disheartening and anxious it is when the product gets defective. Simply return the item to us at your cost and we will sort it out for you.
We offers a three months (for B.Adore Collection) or six months (for B.Adore PLUS Collection) guaranteed repair and maintenance for all items sold. All return delivery to B.Adore and second delivery postage to customer will be borne by customer. Please take note that this warranty does not cover the faulty item that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or man-made mistakes.
As for the items exceeded the guaranteed warranty, we do provide repairing service at a certain charge. However, we will cover the charges if the faulty is due to manufacturer defects. Second delivery postage will be borne by customer.
We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Note that B.ADORE will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.
