  • How much is the shipping fee charged per order?

MALAYSIA
West Malaysia: Flat Rate RM15 (effective 1 Jan 2023)
East Malaysia: Flat Rate RM25 (effective 1 Jan 2023)
Free shipping with total purchase of RM300 and above

Note that B.Adore reserves the right to change the courier delivery company for your order due to packaging wise and unavoidable circumstances

SINGAPORE
Singapore: Flat Rate RM100 (effective 18 Feb 2024)
Free shipping with total purchase of RM1,000 and above


  • Can I pick-up my order from B.Adore Retail Shop?

Yes, you may select the self-pick up option during checkout and collect it at the following address:

83000 Batu Pahat, Johor.

However, kindly wait for confirmation email from B.Adore before visiting our Retail Store for self pick-up.

Note that self-pick up option may not be available during peak season/ selected events and subject to change


  • How long does it take to process my order and get the parcel delivered?

LOCAL ORDER WITH READY STOCK PRODUCT(S)
We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our logistics partner. Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days and it may be vary for each recipient's area.

LOCAL ORDER WITH BACKORDER PRODUCT(S)
All orders with backorder product(s) will be process immediately once stock arrived at B.Adore local warehouse. Kindly refer to the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) stated at each product's page for more information.


  • How can I track on my order status and tracking number?

Tracking number and order status will be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly refer to your email's INBOX/ SPAM/ JUNK folder.

READY STOCK - Tracking number will be updated in 1-3 working days.
BACKORDER - Tracking number will be updated once order is ready for pick-up and delivery by our logistic partner.

You may also refer to your B.Adore Dashboard (Order Status) for more updates. Note that all delivery and delay notice will be update via email accordingly.

  • Will there be any additional charge for re-delivery?

Yes. If parcel was not delivered to recipient and it has returned to B.Adore by our logistic partner, a second delivery fee will be charged according to your area or region. Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.


  • Do you ships internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Note that we need 3-5 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our logistic partner. Delivery fee will be calculated accordingly upon checkout.

Estimated time of delivery:
SOUTH EAST (Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Brunei, Laos) - 7 to 10 working days.

NORTH EAST (Myanmar, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, China) - 7 to 14 working days.

OCEANIA (Australia, New Zealand) - 7 to 21 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD (All other countries that are not mentioned above) - 14 to 28 working days.

Tracking number will be provided for all international shipping order. Note that delivery will take longer time and/or unexpected delay issue may occurred during this critical COVID-19 period.
