Where can I collect my parcel?
You may select the self-pick up option and collect it at the address as the following:

Taman Desa Botani,
83000 Batu Pahat, Johor.
However, kindly wait for confirmation email from B.Adore before visiting our Retail Store for self pick-up.
How much is the postage fee charged?
West Malaysia: Flat Rate RM10 (SKYNET/ GDEX/ POSLAJU)
East Malaysia: Flat Rate RM15 (POSLAJU), RM25 (GDEX)
Note that B.Adore reserves the right to change the courier delivery company for your order due to packaging wise and unavoidable circumstances.
Singapore: Flat Rate RM60 (JANIO LOGISTIC)
When will I receive my parcel (local order with ready stock)?
We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner, SKYNET/ GDEX/ POSLAJU.
Delivery time is approximately 1-5 working days, depending on the area.
How can I track my parcel location?
Tracking number and order status shall be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly check your SPAM/JUNK folder if it is not found in INBOX.
For ready stock, tracking number will be provided via email in 1-3 working days.
For backorder, tracking number will be provided via email once order is ready for pick-up and delivery.
Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
Yes, if parcel was not delivered to recipient and has returned to sender, a second delivery fee will be charged by the logistic partners (SKYNET/ GDEX/ POSLAJU). Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We needs 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel.
Delivery fee will be calculated upon check-out.
*SouthEast (delivery takes 7-10 working days): Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Brunei and Laos.
*North East (delivery takes 7-14 days): Myanmar, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and China.
*Oceania (delivery takes 7-21 working days): Australia and New Zealand.
*Rest of the world (delivery takes 14-28 working days): All other countries not mentioned above
